More than 300 wines, and a really nice hoppy beer, were poured in the architecturally stunning IAC (InterActive Corp.)  Headquarters building in Chelsea, designed by award-winning architect Frank Gehry. The superlative setting was only fitting for a day of seminars and tasting of wines from a cross-section of Spain's premium wine regions, from LaMancha to Valtiendas, Rioja, Navarra, Ribera del Duero, Rueda and beyond.

In addition to the wine, the grand tasting featured tapas, Iberian ham, cured meats, cheeses and other delicacies from local producers and restaurants specializing in the renowned cuisine of Spain. The Great Match will be duplicated in Los Angeles on Nov. 8 at the Jose Andres Bazaar.
